What started as an attempt to simply digitize ephemera from personal archive has become a 258 page printed book of my precious objects. The urge to turn my complete personal archive into an industry grade preservation project was too tempting. Analog to Digital to Analog, just as the lord intended. This process has taken three months, two scanners, one Dymo label maker, one paper drill provided by one dear friend, one visit to the book bindery, two visits to the Downtown Staples, two orders for Chicago screws on Amazon and much of my sanity. I am so happy it is done. I will revisit this type of full scale archive in 5 years when I turn 30 and subsequently every five years after that.
